Club 42 Permanent Cosmetics was founded in 1999 and has been making women feel beautiful for almost 20 years! I strive to give my clients quality personalized service in a clean and relaxing environment. I work closely with my clients to insure that they receive their desired results. I endeavor to make their experience relaxing and stress free. I have a private studio to ensure a restful experience with no distractions.
Meet Heather
I began doing permanent make up in 1999 after having a modeling company for 10 years. I've trained extensively with 3 recognized and experienced women and took what I thought was the best and integrated it into my work.
I have taught others both in my studio and also at conventions.
I began doing lashes in 2014 and was one of the first to introduce it to the Valley.
I believe in creating a partnership with my clients. I prefer a conservative approach.
