GIRLS ON GUARD

Girls on Guard is aimed at helping women fight like a girl and not like a man.  We focus on skills that will be more natural to you and that will be easier to remember and therefore be more applicable.  There are four modules to Girls on Guard and I recommend starting at the beginning as they all interconnect and you'll want the basics first.
